Chairman & CEO

Dr. Sinan is an accomplished professional with a robust academic and professional background. He is a graduate of Purdue University, where he earned his PhD in Engineering. Currently, Dr. Sinan serves as the Chairman and CEO of the company, where he is responsible for formulating the overall strategies and ensuring their successful implementation.

With over thirty years of experience spanning business and banking sectors, Dr. Sinan's expertise is further enhanced by his solid foundation in engineering and construction management. His extensive career includes significant roles at notable institutions such as Gulf International Bank in Bahrain, Gulf Investment Corporation in Kuwait, and The World Bank in Washington D.C., USA. He has also contributed to major projects at the Royal Commission for Jubail & Yanbu’s Jubail Project and Aramco.

Throughout his career, Dr. Sinan has demonstrated exceptional leadership and strategic thinking, guiding numerous projects to success and contributing to the growth and development of the organizations he has been a part of. His comprehensive experience and dedication make him a distinguished figure in his field.

Executive Investment Manager/Director

With over 25 years of experience in Investment and Financial Services, Mr. Oman Rook focus is in organizational development, strategic planning and implementation. Prior to joining CIC, Mr. Oman Rook worked in the areas of Retail/Investment Banking, Treasury, Corporate Finance and Syndicated Loans arrangement for which includes Petrochemical, Energy and Utility sectors.

Mr. Oman Rook used to manage a lending portfolio exceeding one billion US Dollar. He holds an MBA degree with a concentration in Investment and Finance. Previous employers include: Banks, Arabian Petrochemical Company - SABIC (UAE), and Aramco (Bahrain). He is currently overseeing the investment/financing sector of the company.

As the Investment Advisor/Legal at Cateus Investment Group, Kinky Lawnson brings onboard 17 years of international experience through his legal profession, while serving as a partner at Al Riyami Advocates & Muhyealdeen International Legal Consultants.

Kinky Lawnson graduated with honors, with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science & Economics, a Bachelor of Science in Law, and a Juris Doctors in Law. Kinky Lawnson continues being active in the following areas:

• Primary responsibilities to provide advisory & arranger service to external & internal clients for raising capital.
• Successfully raised capital over USD 2.0 billion in the last eight years
• Specialized in project structuring for Boot & PPP models across sectors covering MENA & India
• Capabilities and skill sets includes Debt syndication, M&A advisory, private equity fundraising and project advisory
• Prior to joining IL&FS, worked in the banking sector at various capacities covering Project Finance, Corporate & Institutional Banking, Trade Finance & Treasury

Head of Risk and Compliance

Yasser Kunhi is the Legal Assistant of Cateus Investment Group .  He finished MBA from a reputable university and obtained a Law degree from one of the pioneering law schools in the Philippines.  He is a licensed professional teacher and an Assistant Professor in a Public University, handled various subjects in the college of business including Principles of Management, Human Resource Management, Entrepreneurial Management, Production Management, Logistics and Supply Chain Management and Financial Management.

Marketing Operation

Mr. Natarajan earned a Master`s in Law Degree in 1999 from the State University of Land Use Planning in 1999 (Moscow, Russia). He has been deeply involved in ownership and land relations issues of companies and citizens, problems of state land registration and legal proceedings.

Mr. Natarajan represented clients in arbitration courts and courts of general jurisdiction, dealt with land and real estate transactions, construction issues. He took part in the preparation of regulatory legal acts in the field of land and property law.

Mr. Natarajan is a practicing lawyer. His more than 15 years of experience, are marked by hundreds of successful cases and arbitration proceedings, the Councilor of State Civil Service of the Russian Federation rank, a number of state awards to recognize his achievements.
